To assist our Director, we're looking executive assistant. You'll be in charge of largely business-related responsibilities for the team, such as writing reports, arranging travel and lodging, taking minutes, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Handling all alliance relationship as well as associate office coordination .
Active participants and preparing planning with management for increase the our associates offices and handling their compliances .
• Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate party or taking messages.
• Taking care of basic bookkeeping duties.
• Preparing documents for examination and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives by conducting research and gathering data.
• Assisting with meeting preparation.
• Recording minutes from meetings.
• Greeting visitors and clients.
• Making travel arrangements for senior executives.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience as an executive assistant or in another administrative support role.
• Open to travelling.
• The ability to prioritize one's daily workload.
• In a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, you must be able to fulfill deadlines.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude combined with good decision-making abilities.
• Communication skills at a professional level, both verbally and in writing.
