Role & Responsibilities:
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Answer phone calls, Follow up and to provide information to clients or connect clients to appropriate people
Schedule appointments and update calendar
Make travel arrangements and reservations.
Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
Develop and maintain a filing system
Create spreadsheets, presentations and various reports.
Qualification, Skills & Attributes:
Proven work experience of 3-5 years as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Teacher Computer / English Subjects
In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
Hands on experience with MS Office
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelors or Masters Degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be an advantage
