As anExecutive Assistant includes Follow Up, Generating various Reports, calendar updating, taking phone calls and messages, sending emails, presentations, capturing notes in meetings, and many other related tasks.
Job Location: Bahadurgarh
Role & Responsibilities:
● Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
● Answer phone calls, Follow up and to provide information to clients or connect clients to appropriate people
● Schedule appointments and update calendar
● Make travel arrangements and reservations.
● Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
● Develop and maintain a filing system
● Create spreadsheets, presentations and various reports.
Qualification, Skills & Attributes:
● Proven work experience of 3-5 years as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Teacher – Computer / English Subjects
● In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
● Hands on experience with MS Office
● Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Bachelors or Master’s Degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be an advantage
