Role: Executive Assistant to CEO (Only Female).
The CEO is looking for an executive assistant to provide help & support to ensure the smooth management of his day-to-day affairs, and the most effective use of his time. The job requires you to be an extremely organized and self-initiated individual, capable of handling sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, and email.
• Maintain a list of tasks the CEO assigns to various stakeholders, follow up to ensure timelines are met, and raise flags in case of any delay.
• Handle projects, which include conducting research and providing required information.
• Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, and proposals and ensure follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
• Assist in the management and organization of the CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
• Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
• Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business and residence.
• Coordinate the hosting of meetings, luncheons, and in-house events.
• Perform a variety of office and personal errands.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at the office and/or residence.
Required Candidate Profile
Graduate with excellent written & verbal skills
Computer skills (excel, word, power point)
Knowledge of IT software
Experience
2 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Education
• Graduate (10+2+2/3)
Age
• 30 yrs (+/- 5yrs)
Working Hours
• am to pm Mon-Fri
• am to pm Sat
