Sanjeevni Builders & Developers Ltd is looking for an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, distribution of materials, and follow-up actions.
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
Handle email and phone communication, filtering and prioritizing messages.
Research and gather information for reports and presentations.
Maintain and organize executive files and records.
Anticipate and address executive needs proactively.
Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
