Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the Director. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of providing high-level executive assistance in a corporate environment.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Collect, organize and analyze data timely to support decision-making processes.
Conduct research and prepare data-driven reports to assist in business planning and performance evaluation.
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide exceptional written and oral communication support to senior management.
Handle confidential correspondence and maintain high levels of discretion.
Travelling should not be a problem.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a finance background.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably Finance specialization).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and presentation creation.
Proficiency in planning and organizing.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Travelling should not be a problem.
