Job Description

• Should have good experience in Making Presentations, Report preparations, Meeting arrangements, Calendar and Travel managements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Proven 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

• Maintain a high level of discretion in all communications and activities.
