Job Role: Executive Assistant to CEO

Experience: 3+ years

Work Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bengaluru

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Work Timings: 10am - 7pm

Only Females are preferred for this role.

Objectives of this role:

Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently. Maintain and refine internal processes and coordinate resources to expedite workflows. Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments are timely and efficiently organized.

Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.

Document Preparation: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.

Office Management: Oversee office operations, maintain office supplies, and ensure the workplace is well-organized and efficient.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Project Assistance: Assist with special projects as assigned by the executive, providing research, data analysis, and support as needed.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on important matters.
