Prepare and distribute agendas for all admin and academic admin meetings
- Take notes for all admin and academic admin meetings
- Maintain rnference room calendars
- Support leadership team (Head of School, Principal, Dean of Students, Dean of Faculty and
Business Manager)
- Maintain confidentiality of any and all leadership team discussions and sensitive information
- Support the Business Manager with bookkeeping duties as assigned
- Complete data entry and data reconciliation for various programs
- Make weekly deposits and reconcile in system
- Reconcile credit card statements with receipts
- Maintain insurance records on contract vendors
- Assist as needed during the audit
- Coordinate arrangements for teacher conferences, . registration, travel, hotel
- Review calendars regularly to help predict needs of leadership team in coming weeks
- Provide input on improving efficiencies and policies on an ongoing basis
- Conduct research for leadership team as requested
- Periodically monitor school’s online presence to check for inaccuracies, outdated info, etc.
- Maintain records of professional development hours for all faculty and school as a whole
- Model the mission, philosophy and goals of the school to all staff, parents, students, and the
community
