🚨 Urgent Hiring: Executive Assistant (EA) to MD 🚨

📍 Location: Pune | 🏢 Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage emails, calls & correspondence for MD

✔ Follow up with HODs, Directors & teams

✔ Handle calendar scheduling & travel bookings (flights, hotels)

✔ Maintain records, reports & Excel-based data

✔ Provide overall administrative support

Requirements:

✅ Strong communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & email management

✅ Good coordination, multitasking & follow-up skills

✅ Real estate experience preferred
