- Serve as the main point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents for meetings or client presentations.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation for the executive and other team members.
- Assist in the preparation and review of real estate contracts and documents.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company matters, including sensitive financial data, contracts, and negotiations.
