EA to Director

Job Description

Manage the director's mails, calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Draft mails and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Social Media Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.

Create engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and present insights to guide strategy.

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the company's online presence.

Respond to comments and messages on social platforms, fostering strong relationships.

Technical and Marketing Collaboration

To deal with the domestic as well as overseas clients regarding their orders and payments etc.

Assist to make the good relationship with the existing clients to sustain them .

Follow-up with the internal team for order delivery on time.

Prepare PPT Presentation (Monthly MIS) and present in MIS review meetings for Marketing segment.

Coordinate between internal and external teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Assist in researching market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.

Assist in marketing events, and exhibitions.

Requirements -

Only Female Candidate . Preferred married with Kids.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Social media marketing or international marketing or similar role.

Hands-on experience in social media marketing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
