Roles & Responsibility: -
Organize and coordinate the day-to-day working schedule of CEO, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
Capability to talk efficiently with Department Heads and able to update their daily follow ups.
Required Creative approach towards writing blogs and providing innovative ideas towards the subject matter on different social media platforms of the Society,
Preparing business reports of the Branch visits and follow ups with the concerned head of the departments
Preferred knowledge of sales.
Provide general administrative support, including taking phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the office calendar.
Planning and Scheduling the Meetings - Recording of the Meetings (Minutes)
Handle routine correspondence and communication, including responding to sales inquiries, internal & external email and assisting with follow-ups.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with advance excel knowledge.
Preferred knowledge of Sales sector.
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to maintain a professional demeanour under pressure and handle confidential information
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Certification from a Secretarial School or institute would be an added advantage
Should be presentable and assertive
