We are seeking a Female Personal Assistant to the Director to provide high-level administrative support in our dynamic office environment.
## Responsibilities
- Organise and manage the Director's schedule, including arranging appointments and meetings
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Utilise Google Suite for various administrative functions
- Perform clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with QuickBooks entries and financial documentation
## Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong office administration capabilities
- Competent in using Google Suite for various tasks
- Familiarity with clerical duties and data entry processes
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial record keeping
