the executive assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. the successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
responsibilities
• calendar management for partners
• schedule meetings and appointments
• draft emails, letters, memos, and other documents
• attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute summaries as required
• handling social media’s like linkedin, instagram, facebook & twitter
• handle general administrative tasks
qualifications
• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• strong written and verbal communication skills
