Job Position:- Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide operational, executive, administrative, and client support to the Founder.
Responsibilities:
> Act as the primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
> Manage the Founder's schedule: - including appointments, meetings, and mailbox.
> Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
> Anticipate and address the Founder's needs, both personal and professional.
> Welcome and manage guests at the Founder's residence.
> Ensure a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
> Coordinate guest schedules and accommodations as needed.
> Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
> Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
> Track and manage expense reports.
> Handle correspondence on behalf of the Founders.
> Follow up on action items and deadlines.
Qualifications:
>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
>Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
>Proficiency in office software and technology.
>Willingness to work with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
