Job Description

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence email and phone calls

Managing daily calendar, diaries and organizing meetings and appointments of clients

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

Organizing events and conferences

Reminding the Director for important tasks and deadlines

Managing databases and filing systems, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients as per requirements

Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries

Maintains clients confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Mailing to customers of availability of stocks

Updates Price received from inventors, sending enquires of products to inventors

Messaging inventors for price, preparing cost sheet, being active on social network site on the behalf of Director

Maintaining Meeting Schedule in the personal accounts

Maintaining files of personal documents, credit cards information, Membership others

Handling Social Media account Whatsapp, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram etc on behalf of Director

Assisting and contributing team effort to Director to accomplish the desired results.
