Executive Assistant - High-Level Support for Senior Leadership

Location: Your specific location in UAE

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements

• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion

• Prepare and manage daily reports, emails, and follow-ups

• Assist in developing and implementing future strategies

• Monitor and control company expenses

• Coordinate PR activities and manage stakeholder relationships

• Provide high-level administrative support to executive team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a large, complex organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in expense management and basic financial reporting

• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

• Valid UAE police clearance certificate (or ability to obtain one)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of project management tools (., , Asana)

• Experience in strategic planning and business operations

• Familiarity with UAE business culture and practices
