Job Description

�� Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing the executive's time effectively.

�� Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business travel.

�� Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, acting as a point of contact for the executive.

�� Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth meeting logistics.

�� Administrative Support: Typing, filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

�� Project Coordination: Assisting with project planning, execution, and follow-up.

�� Expense Management: Preparing and reconciling expense reports.

�� Research and Analysis: Gathering information, conducting research, and preparing reports.

Essential Skills:

�� Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

�� Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.

�� Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
