Experience - 2 to 3 Years in Executive Assistant to Director

Salary - 20,000 to 25,000 per month

Qualification - Any Graduate

Skills- Multitasking/ email / attend calls / plan meetings / travel arrangements/ followup/ report making .

Job Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Coordinate and manage calendar appointments, travel arrangements, and events. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, greet visitors, and determine meeting access for executives.

Office Management: Handle basic bookkeeping, file and retrieve corporate records, and manage office supplies and records database. Open, sort, and distribute faxes, emails, and other correspondence.

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
