Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner specializing in wedding/ corporate events to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a knack for coordinating all aspects of event planning.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their event day.
Event Design: Create a cohesive design plan, including themes, color schemes, and decor elements that align with the clients vision.
Vendor Coordination: Source and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers.
Budget Management: Develop and maintain a detailed budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and staying within financial constraints.
Timeline Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive timeline for the event, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
On-Site Coordination: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the planning process and on the day of the event.
Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as an event planner, specifically in planning and executing weddings.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
