Job Description

Job Role: Responsible for running a range of events, ensuring the public is engaged and the message of the event is marketed properly. Publish events in engagement columns, dailies, TV and all digital media.

Devise highly shareable social content, eye-catching advertising, and headline grabbing press news, excellent promotions and lucrative partnership opportunities.

Job Description:

Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

Be in-charge of bringing personnel(Guests, Speakers etc.,)

Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur

Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Manage all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)

Manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs.
