● Planning, conceptualizing and executing marketing events from start to finish
● Directing, and coordinating marketing efforts in line with events strategy and marketing
plan
● Create weekly / monthly / quarterly project plans, budgets and goals
● Prepare and manage budgets of the events
● Collaborate and liaise with project stakeholders and third party agencies to execute the
event, get approvals, answer any project progress-related queries, provide updates, and
raise concerns in a timely manner
● Communicate daily with the respective teams, plan work schedules and check event
requirements
● Ensure all events run smoothly; be the link between the stakeholders & the organization
● Vendor management & rate negotiations with external service providers or suppliers
including pricing, image, brand, promotions and promotional materials
● Handling logistics and related communications
● Carry out day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise
● Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
● Lead promotional activities for the event
