Job Summary:

The Event and Conference Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue through the sale of event and conference services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the events or hospitality industry, with the ability to manage client relationships, generate leads, and close deals. The role will require a deep understanding of corporate events and conferences, including sales strategy development, client management, and coordination with the operations team for seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients for corporate events and conferences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Identify client needs and provide tailored event solutions, including venue selection, technical setup, entertainment, and logistics.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of events, from pre-event planning to post-event evaluation.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
