Conference Development:

Research and identify emerging trends, topics, and issues within the industry to develop conference themes and agendas that align with our organizational objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the objectives, target audience, and goals of each conference.

Identify and invite speakers, thought leaders, and industry influencers who can contribute valuable insights to the conference.

Manage Delegates for each conference

Manage speaker relationships, including communication and logistics, for a variety of conferences.

Work with speakers to develop captivating session topics and synopsis that align with the conference's overall theme and objectives.
