Handle, coordinate and oversee all event operations

Promoting event using different strategies for making an event successful.

Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

Customer visits and liaising with prospective customers.

Representing company in Events and Expos, in Kolkata & across India & should be ready to travel for event needs.

Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

Carefully supervise event preparation activities

Analyse and evaluate events results

Create and present reports

Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Maintaining and updating customer databases

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Should be at least having one dose of COVID vaccination, the second dose should be at a sooner date. Preferably totally vaccinated Using of mask & hand sanitisers is must.
