Event Executive

ISIE

 He/She will work under Program Manager – Event Cell

 Working on the registration of teams (Including but not limited)

 Approaching new Colleges/Schools/Universities for team registration through call,

mail, and social media platforms.  He/She will be part of execution team based on their managerial skills.

 He/She can be part of trainers/mentors team based on their technical skills related to

Design and Manufacturing of vehicles, Robotics, IOT, AI etc.

 Sourcing potential new customers, sponsors, partners for the events.  Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.

 Travelling to the customer's location to talk about our product range (As per

requirements)

 Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.

 Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.

 Composing documents and customer proposals.

 Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.

 Maintaining strong customer relations.

 Attending product training courses and seminars.

 Contact new & existing customers through Calls, E-Mails and Social Media Platform.

 Meeting sales targets.
