Job Summary:
As a member of the wedding planning team, responsibilities include creating a comprehensive guest list with input from the couple, sending out invitations in a timely manner, and managing all guest information. The main objective is to provide top-notch hospitality to every guest by collaborating closely with the team and clients to deliver a personalized and unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the wedding planning team to create a comprehensive guest list
-Prepare and send out invitations in a timely manner
-Gather initial guest list information and make updates.
-Conduct final checks on event day to ensure everything meets standards
-Coordinate logistics with vendors for smooth operations
-Manage all logistical aspects of events
-Lead and supervise event staff
Requirements
-Diploma/ Degree in Event Management
-Excellent Excel, & PowerPoint knowledge.
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent communication abilities
-A keen eye for detail.
