1) Smooth Planning, Budgeting and Execution of all events within prescribed timelines

2) Manage the Events Team so that there is optimisation and effective outcomes with systematic

distribution of work

3) Sponsorship's for Band-It, Cadence and Piano Concert

4) The events team is also part of the Academic Service Quality Function of evaluating and

approving the Monthly Reports sent to schools and centre students. The team checks the formatting

and the accuracy of the data (by matching it to the lesson plans) and approves the teachers to send

the reports to schools by the due dates.

 5) Report Generation and MIS of Monthly Reports

 6) Parent / Principal Feedback management and tabulation and MIS of Feedback Management and

Feedback Reports

7) Coordinating with other FSM departments to ensure smooth functionality of processes and

events8) Event Production and Vendor Management

9) Developing and Maintaining process documents / SOPs for all events and functionalities of the

Events team

10) Event Recce and School Observations (for recital management purposes)
