Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team, responsible for preparing accurate estimates and bids for piping supply and fabrication projects.

Responsibilities:

Ø Prepare detailed estimates and bids for piping supply and fabrication projects, including:

Ø Material procurement (pipes, fittings, valves, etc.)

Ø Fabrication costs (labor, equipment, etc.)

Ø Installation costs (labor, equipment, etc.)

Ø Other associated costs (testing, inspection, etc.)

Ø Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements

Ø Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations

Ø Develop and maintain estimating databases, templates, and procedures

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity

Ø Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Ø Present estimates and bids to management and clients
