Estimation & Billing Engineer (Structural Renovation/Interior design)

📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra | 🏢 Office-Based Role (with occasional site visits)

APE Construction is a multidisciplinary firm offering end-to-end solutions in Civil Construction, Interior Works, Structural Renovation, Electrical Engineering, and Annual Maintenance Contracts across Maharashtra. Role Overview:

The Planning and Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing project schedules, monitoring work progress, and managing billing activities for clients and subcontractors. The role involves close coordination with site teams, ensuring accurate quantity measurements, timely billing, and financial documentation related to civil, interior, and AMC projects.

📅 Project Planning & Monitoring

�� Prepare and update project schedules, work timelines, and bar charts.

�� Track daily/weekly progress against planned milestones.

�� Coordinate with site engineers for status updates and work planning.

�� Identify project delays, cost overruns, and communicate action plans.

📄 Client & Subcontractor Billing

�� Prepare and submit RA/final bills to clients based on BOQ and executed work.

�� Draft and verify subcontractor/vendor bills with supporting measurement sheets.

�� Ensure billing formats align with client requirements and contract terms.

�� Track advance recoveries, deductions, retention, and GST calculations.

📏 Measurement & BOQ Tracking

�� Prepare internal and client-side measurement sheets.

�� Monitor BOQ items vs. actual quantities executed on-site.

�� Record and justify any extra/non-tender works with documentation and client approvals.

�� Maintain measurement books and material reconciliation reports.
