Preparing bills: Preparing bills for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and certifying them

Tracking work and payments: Tracking every material used, task completed, and payment

Coordinating with management: Coordinating between the site team and management

Preparing documents: Preparing bills of materials, bills of quantities, quantity sheets, and reconciliation statements

Verifying bills: Verifying certified RA bills

Estimating and costing: Estimating and costing, and performing rate analysis

Preparing bar bending schedules: Preparing and certifying bar bending schedules

Providing billing information: Providing billing-related information and documents to clients

Checking bills: Checking bills for arithmetic and technical accuracy
