Closely monitor housekeeping, 3rd party vendors, security agencies to ensure appropriate maintenance of common areas and delivery of services as per contract. Review work orders, PO, LOIs and vendor contracts and refer to MC with observations/recommendation. Ensure preparation of daily management report for MC's review. Undertake routine rounds across the complex to ensure desired services and projects are being delivered as per SLA/contract and ensure there are no bye-law violations. Liaise with all Govt and other statutory authorities as required related to approvals, clarifications, compliances etc. Assist MC in obtaining quotations/proposals for various projects, build comparison matrix to select right vendors project delivery Assist the technical team in the preparation of periodic Annual budgets and Management reports and coordinate with the MC for finalization. Review all vendor billing on a monthly basis and approve the same for release of payments.
