ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The candidate should have fair understanding of Retail operations & applications.
The candidate is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of ERP application. This individual is accountable for the above-mentioned systems operations across CK & outlets. Responsibilities on these systems include SA engineering and provisioning, operations, maintenance, and support.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify, design, and implement business and technology solutions for organization.
2. Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
3. Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
4. Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
5. Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
6. Manage routine interactions with Implementation partner.
7. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
8. Documentation of SLA signed between Company & vendors.
9. Contribute to and maintain system standards.
Operations and Support
1. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
2. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
3. Managing the applications as per our business requirements and catering relevant support to all the departments & outlets.
4. Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
5. Create, change, and delete user accounts as per request.
6. Provide Tier III/other support per request from various Business verticals. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Maintenance1. Managing the application Masters and monitoring the system functionalities on regular basis.
