Job Description

Provides technical oversight and guidance on how the ERP is set-up and used

Coordinates with stakeholder groups to ensure that the user ERP needs are addressed as the company grows and moves to a production-oriented business model

Develop & maintain procedures, processes, and other technical documentation as needed.

Coordinate with Lead Quality Management Representative & comply with ISO 9001 processes.

Design & release new workflows, applications, and enhancements.

Support end users of ERP to ensure team is made aware of new functionalities & efficient usage of the system.

Ensure the integrity, reliability, and efficient operation of the ERP system, in conjunction with IT management.
