Liaise with Customers to understand the business requirements and translate into Software specification.
o Preparation of SRS -Software Requirement Specification document
o Mapping of the business requirements with CREST ERP product and preparing mapping document.
o Understand the Gap and coordinate with the business team in convincing the users to adopt to the standard
process flow of the product
o Configure the CREST ERP product with user data
o Write specification document for identified customization and coordinate with the development team to get
it developed
o Functional testing of the product and customization. Preparation of test cases and test reports.
o Coordinate with development team to get the issues resolved before commencing the iteration with
customer
o Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and coordinate to close all the gaps/open points
o Plan and conduct User acceptance testing
o Documentation (Setup document, User manual, Training manual etc)
o Prepare Weekly status report and periodic update to the reporting manager
Technical Skills Required (In Brief):
Basic SQL knowledge, MS-office tools
Functional / Domain skills required (if any):
Should have good Business process understanding covering processes like Finance, Purchase, Sales &
Inventory. Candidate having implementation experience in the above processes will be preferred.
Experience of working in any ERP products like SAP B1, ERP Next, Odoo, SAGE ERP, Deskera, Focus ERP,
Info R ERP. MS Axapta, Oracle Net Suite or any other well-known ERP products
Good understanding of Software development life cycle
Very strong verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good documentation skills
Other Preferences:
Candidate should be willing to travel within and outside of India.
This requirement is specifically for deployment in one of the West African Country for a period of 1 year
