1. above 1+ year of experience in stock broking industry. nism / sorm certification in capital markets / derivatives is mandatory as per exchange regulations.

2. strong knowledge of equity market, commodity market, mutual fund products.

3. excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and negotiating deals.
