Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure optimal functionality.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems. Schedule and perform routine inspections, lubrications, adjustments, and cleaning to prevent breakdowns, extend equipment life, and minimize downtime.
Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve urgent maintenance issues to minimize disruptions to operations. Act quickly and efficiently to identify the problem, assess the situation, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality and safety.
Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and complete work orders in a timely manner. Coordinate with other team members, supervisors, or external contractors to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks. Document completed work and maintained accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
Equipment Upgrades and Installations: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of equipment upgrades or installations. Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to ensure proper installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or systems. Provide input on equipment selection and procurement based on maintenance requirements and reliability considerations.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance activities. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Conduct routine safety inspections and report any concerns or violations to the appropriate personnel.
