• Should be result oriented with proven sales track record.
• Should be able to independently handle medium large key accounts.
• Should have his or her own set of strong accounts.
• Should have the basic technical knowledge to position UPS, Datacentres, IT servers, storage , Networking , and Security solutions.
• Should have min 12-20 years’ experience and should have strong communication skills .
• Should have worked both on Government / PSU & large corporates / Enterprises.
• Should have good relationship with OEMs and should have a flair for structuring large deals.
• Will be responsible for maintaining and augmenting business from existing clients , and generating business from new accounts .
• Should be an individual sales contributor.
• Should be a die-hard and passionate sale with strong at end user and OEM ends.
• Sales – Hardware/Services & Concept, Strategic Relationship Building, Processes, Team Building and Leadership .
• Should be a self-starter , and should have a Track record for consistently exceeding multimillion dollar sales quota .
