Role & responsibilities :

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills with minimum 3 years of relevant Experience in Direct-Corporate sales

Product experience of IT Hardware, End-points, Networking etc.

Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.

Acquisition of new Accounts.

Flair to pre-assigned target oriented quarterly KRA

Maintain & expand customer base by counselling sales representation; building & managing relationship with key customers; identifying new opportunities in & around all customers.

Experience in IT Hardware & Networking background with connect in local SME & Corporates.

Mapping the organization; Generating the new business

Flair to manage Account Relationship & Executing the strategic plans, for key customer

Track competitive activity in assigned geography.

Create monthly, quarterly sales plan on the owning accounts

Responsible to close the orders & timely closure of the sale cycles

Preferred candidate profile :

Sufficient knowledge of IT end-point local market

Zeal to carry & communicate new concepts & products

Excellent Communication, Business Development & Negotiation skills

Willingness to learn about the depth of the industry

Demonstrate high energy to peruse new technologies

Ability to take initiatives & inspire others through product programs and briefings
