Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Functional and Spoken Communication Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance participants' functional and spoken communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum focusing on functional communication skills and spoken communication skills for Teachers & Students.

- Create engaging training materials, resources, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.

2. Training Delivery:

- Conduct interactive training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and through virtual platforms.

- Employ various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and ensure maximum participant engagement.

- Provide constructive feedback and individual coaching to participants to help them improve their communication skills.

3. Content Customization:

- Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of different industries, departments, and skill levels.

- Stay updated with current trends and advancements in communication techniques to ensure the training content remains relevant and impactful.

4. Assessment and Evaluation:

- Develop assessment tools and exercises to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze training outcomes and make necessary adjustments to enhance training effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a communication trainer or similar role.

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

- Familiarity with a variety of communication styles and techniques.
