Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting the English skill & digital skill training for the new students at the

assigned Lighthouse.

Classroom delivery of English & digital content to improve students job readiness.

Conduct timely student assessments.

Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.

Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.

Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.

Sharing training reports as and when required.

Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
