Job Description

1. Develop and deliver engaging, effective English language lessons based on the needs and proficiency levels of the learners.

2. Regularly assess students' language skills, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to improve their proficiency.

3. Create or adapt course materials and activities, ensuring they align with the learning objectives and cater to different learning styles.

4. Organize group discussions, debates, and interactive activities to promote communication skills and encourage student participation.

5. Offer one-on-one guidance to students who may need extra help, providing tailored exercises to improve specific areas like grammar, speaking, or writing.

6. Incorporate multimedia resources, digital tools, and language-learning software to enhance lesson engagement and effectiveness.

7. Keep detailed records of student attendance, progress, and achievements, and report findings to management or stakeholders as needed.

8. Foster a supportive and motivating classroom atmosphere where students feel encouraged to speak, make mistakes, and grow in confidence.

9. Help students understand cultural nuances in language usage and communication styles, especially in business or academic contexts.

10. Continuously improve professional knowledge by attending workshops, conferences, or further training, ensuring familiarity with the latest teaching methods and language trends.

11. Maintain discipline in the classroom and resolve any conflicts or disruptions in a professional manner.

12. Work closely with other trainers or educators to share resources, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach to language training.
