Responsibilities:

Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students growth and development.

Reading all prescribed novels, poetry, and additional resources to gain a thorough understanding of them before developing lesson plans and curricula.

Preparing students for formal and informal assessments.

Maintaining objective, accurate and up-to-date progress records for future planning

Empowering children to feel responsible and involving them actively in their own learning

Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information

Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction.

Teach students the correct pronunciation of words.

Make the students to speak only in English inside the School campus.

Preparing students for Intra & Inter school competitions.

Teach students to analyze and question media reports, advertisements, and news reports.

Teach students to think critically when studying literature and poetry.

Assess the weaknesses, strengths and abilities of every student each week and address them appropriately.

Requirements & skills:

Fluency in English is Mandatory

Must possess excellent written and communication Skills

Must have good Interpersonal skills

Should be good at extra-curricular activities

Must have Passion to work

Must be enthusiastic and open to learning in the new environment

Patience and flexibility

Comfortable speaking in front of large groups

Respect for children and an interest in helping them develop both academically and as people

The ability to inspire and motivate pupils

Computer Skills.

Good judgement and an analytical mind
