Job Description – Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager (10-15 Years)

as Head of Engineering, - You'll Own Our Technology Strategy and Vision.

You Will Be Directly Reporting to the Cto and Will Be the Engineering Leader for the Entire Product

portfolio At Namastecredit.

You'll Lead a Team of Talented Engineers to Architect, Build and Maintain the Product While Also

working Very Closely with the Founders to Drive the Product Vision.-

detail & Being Results-oriented. - Problem-solving- Skills and Data-driven Decision Making Will Be

Manage Product Milestones, Deployment Cycles & Overall Product Roadmap.

Collaborate Closely with the Management to Understand & Drive the Product Vision.

Maintain Code Quality, Implement Standards & Improve Overall Understanding.

Continuously Improve Software Engineering Practices.

Lead the Craftsmanship, Availability, Resilience, and Scalability of Your Solutions
