Networking Engineer & System Administrator

Responsibilities:**

- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.

- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain security and data integrity.

- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement network and system policies, procedures, and documentation.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance network and system performance.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Networking & System Engineer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.

- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (., Cisco, Juniper).

- Experience with server administration (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (., VMware, Hyper-V).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (., AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments.

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Relevant certifications (., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSE) are a plus.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (., Nagios, SolarWinds).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (., Python, PowerShell) for automation.

- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management practices.

- Experience with disaster recovery planning
