Job Description

Tender & Department standard specification/manual study and maintain all updates.

Keep updates all SOR and IS

Update all list prices and technical catalogues

Prepare deviation sheet and submit to clients

Flot inquiries to vendors

Prepare comparison check , if any deviation from vendors also check , need to verify the terms of payment before tender price bid submission

Check tender drawings and devotions with specifications

Prepare Barchart

Prepare work orders for material and labours.

Prepare comparison statement with final rates of vendors with suitable payment terms

Conduct factory/site inspection before dispatch clearance and or final payment

Attend technical, marketing seminar of new products as well as existing products.

Educate site supervisor, Engineer with tender specification, Drawings, Barchart and BOQ

Material re-conciliation at the time of indent, Material indent approval

Prepare RA for extra items & get it approved from Department.
