Job Description

Tender & Department standard specification/manual study and maintain all updates.

• Keep updates all SOR and IS

• Update all list prices and technical catalogues

• Prepare deviation sheet and submit to clients

• Flot inquiries to vendors

• Prepare comparison check , if any deviation from vendors also check , need to verify the terms of payment before tender price bid submission

• Check tender drawings and devotions with specifications

• Prepare Barchart

• Prepare work orders for material and labours.

• Prepare comparison statement with final rates of vendors with suitable payment terms

• Conduct factory/site inspection before dispatch clearance and or final payment

• Attend technical, marketing seminar of new products as well as existing products.

• Educate site supervisor, Engineer with tender specification, Drawings, Barchart and BOQ

• Material re-conciliation at the time of indent, Material indent approval

• Prepare RA for extra items & get it approved from Department.
