Job Description
• Support businesses in the AR, Billing Solutions and Credit Balance Verticals
• Primary responsibility is to focus on Retention Management and driving all the engagement activities and people initiatives
• Flawless execution of target-based activities such as Skip Meetings, One on One Discussions, TL-HR Meets and other Connect Sessions
• Drive Employee Satisfaction Surveys and analyse the reports for arriving at engagement charter in collaboration with business heads
• Oversee the growth initiatives such as Internal Job and Process Postings, Promotion Interviews etc.
Major responsibilities:
• Employee Relations: Responsible to foster healthy employee-employer relations. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external Stake Holders. Manage complete hire to retire cycle with “Engage, enable and retain” as the main focus. Strategizing and ensuring execution of all ER initiatives across the organization.
• Policy, Process and Compliance: Update and Implement all HR procedures as per existing policy. Conduct presentations and refresher training on the policies. To investigate instances of policy violation and take appropriate disciplinary action.
• Employee Engagement Activities: Driving various motivational, fun, business and team building activities on the floor like floor games, quizzes and maintaining trackers for the same. Conduct employee engagement surveys and plan for improvement in employee engagement score
• Recognition & Reward: Designing appropriate strategies in rewards and recognition of associates. Conducting award ceremonies end -to- end.
• Grievances: Handle all queries, grievances, and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Work as a mediator between management and employees.
