Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the customer support system.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring customer issues, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
