About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist with 3-6 years of strong background in B2C email campaigns and expertise in utilizing Klaviyo. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, loyalty, and conversions through strategic email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of B2C email marketing strategies, creative thinking, and hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute B2C email marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, promotions, and customer journey stages.
Utilize Klaviyo to create and manage email flows, automated workflows, and personalized dynamic content to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
Craft compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, body copy, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs), to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on various email elements, such as subject lines, content, and visuals, to refine and optimize campaign performance.
Analyze key email metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2C email marketing to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist with a focus on B2C campaigns.
Demonstrable experience utilizing Klaviyo for email marketing in a B2C context.
Proficiency in using Klaviyo for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns.
