Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, events, and promotions.

Create comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.

Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure personalized content is delivered to the right audience.

Email Content Creation:

Write compelling email copy that captures attention, engages readers, and drives action.

Design visually appealing and responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines.

A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs (call-to-action), and designs to optimize open rates and conversions.

List Management & Segmentation:

Build and maintain segmented email lists to ensure relevant and personalized messaging for each customer group.

Manage and clean email lists to maintain accuracy, reduce bounce rates, and comply with data protection regulations (., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Monitor and optimize the health of email lists, increasing engagement while reducing unsubscribes.

Email Automation & Workflows:

Set up and manage automated email workflows for lead nurturing, welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and post-purchase follow-ups.

Monitor automated campaigns and workflows, ensuring emails are sent at the right times with relevant content.
